Full Service Catering
Our typical minimum headcount for full Service catering is 50 guest. For smaller parties we suggest a pickup or delivery package. If your headcount is less than 50 but you still need servers for your event please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
No, gratuity is not automatically added to any event. We leave any gratuity at the disretion of the customer. Gratuity can be added by communicating the amount you would like to add before or after your event. We will add to invocie and disperse appropriatly. Or you may give gratuity directly to staff on the day of your event.
We require final headcount 48 hours in advance. Once we are inside 48 hours, in most cases, we can increase headcount.
We are fortunate to work with a number of great venues. If we are not on your venues prefered vendors list, please reach out and we will be happy to contact the venue.
At McKenzie's we know we exist, because of the customer. We will do our absoulte best to accomodate any special request. We also belive in transparency. If we do not belive we are a good fit or would be unable to meet your special request we will commuincate so.
At the conclusion of your service we will pakcage any leftover food for you or your guest to take home. In the event you do not want to keep any leftover food, we will remove food and donate to a charity partner.
Yes, the cake cutting fee is $250.
